Call 1-866-496-1782: To report a claim if you have a HomeWise Preferred policy, a HomeWise Insurance Wind Only Policy, or if you have a policy that was assumed from Citizens and your loss occurred on or after the assumption date.
Call 1-866-411-2742: To report a claim if your loss occurred prior to the assumption date, please report your claim to Citizens.
Please note that if your policy was part of an assumption from Citizens, HomeWise is responsible for claims occurring on or after the respective assumption date.
